Ara Cristine Pascual Reyes (born February 5, 1989 in Marikina City, Metro Manila, Philippines) known as Cristine Reyes, is a Filipinaactress. She has starred the reality TV show Starstruck. On 2008, Reyes transferred to ABS-CBN. She is best known on television shows such as Banana Split, Kahit Isang Saglit and Eva Fonda.
Reyes is the sister of actress Ara Mina and a former contract artist of GMA-7, who transferred to ABS-CBN.
Reyes has since taken part in different ABS-CBN shows, including Kahit Isang Saglit and the eponymous title role in Eva Fonda.
She is presently managed by Viva Artists Agency and endorser of Oh My Gulay! , an advocacy to fight hidden hunger among Filipino children.
She played a role in two Precious Hearts Romances Presents series: My Cheating Heart in 2009 & Kristine Series in 2010.
Her showbiz career started when she joined the first season of the reality-based artista search Starstruck. Though she is the first female avenger to be eliminated, she is among the Starstruck graduates who successfully made a name in the Philippine industry.
She appeared on GMA-7 shows likeLove to Love, Darna Super Twins, SOP and Marimar. She also actively appeared on movies like A Beautiful Life, Pa-Siyam, Samar, Pitong Dalagita and Ate, which was produced by her sister Ara Mina.
Her launch as a sexy actress started when she appeared on the August 2007 issue of FHM Philippines. She was chosen along with Katrina Halili to appear at the 2008 FHM Calendar.
On February 2008, Cristine Reyes transfered toABS-CBN thus making her a Kapamilya. She played as the second lead on the Philippine-Malaysian soap opera “Kahit Isang Saglit” and on the all-female gag show “Banana Split”.
The show that made her really famous in 2008 is her own primetime show “Eva Fonda”, the tv adaptation of the sex-drama movie of Alma Moreno. She is also set to appear in two movies under Viva Films.
