Pamela Manalo did her Graduation in Advertising from Assumption College.

Pamela Manalo lives in Parañaque City is working as a flight attendant.

Her elder sister Kate Manalo-Hernandez is a former Miss Philippines World and a Miss World semifinalist semifinalist while her aunt is a former Miss Philippines International.

While at school and college, Bianca stood out in cheerleading. She tried modeling at the age of 14. She also tried to become a TV host. She topped at her flight attendant safety training classes.

As Miss Philippines

She was crowned as 2009 Binibining Pilipinas Universe (Miss Philippines-Universe) at the Miss Philippines 2009 event held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon city, Metro Manila on March 7, 2009. As a part of humanitarian missions, she took part in uplift the plight of Filipinos poor and also participated in boosting morale of wounded soldiers.

Competing in Miss Universe 2009

Bianca left for Bahamas on July 22, 2009. Speaking at a send-off party, she said she is ready and challenged to bring the title once again to the Philippines. If she wins the pegeant, she will join the ranks of earlier Miss Universe winners for Phillipines - Gloria Diaz and Margie Moran.
